| Ruff Country Kennel is centrally located in picturesque Nova Scotia. We are 30 min from Robert L. Stanfield Airport and 30 min from Truro. Our country property meanders along the Shubenacadie River. |

We have been providing quality care for our boarding clients for over 16 years. Our boarding facility is a small family run establishment with 15 boarding kennels. Each dog has his/her own kennel and all dogs are exercised four times per day, in a large fenced in area. We are open year round and our hours are 8-12 and 5-8 daily. We are also breeders of quality field / hunting lines of Labrador Retrievers (black's and yellows), German Short Haired Pointers, and English Setters. All our pups come with a three year health guarantee and we ask new owners to sign a non-breeding contract. All dogs are registered either with the Canadian Kennel Club or the American Field Dog Stud Book. |

Don Arsenault (owner / operator) also provides consultations for you and your hunting companion. Consultations are 1 - 1 1/2 hrs in length and provide you with the right information to have years of hunting success with your hunting companion. Whether it is for Upland or Waterfowl. |
